Guy Potter - Managing Director
Guy, has worked for several of the leading market research agencies worldwide. Over the past twenty years this has included work in the UK, Europe and Asia in a variety of different industries on many different client issues. Guy has worked both in agencies and within client side roles.
Most recently he has specialised in ensuring companies get the full use out of research commissioned within their organisations.
Guy is responsible for the running of CustomerFusion and for all aspects of market research, assessing / understanding and manipulating data.

Gavin Potter – Chief Technical Officer
Gavin who is an experimental psychologist was until recently responsible for IBM's Centre for Business Optimisation in Europe charged with bringing new mathematical ideas to market.
He has always had a wide interest in the future of business and how it will adopt new technologies which he summarises in his book - Business in a Virtual World
Gavin is responsible for testing different statistical solutions and algorithms on the data to assess the most appropriate for each situation. He is currently one of the leaders in the Netflix prize (Just a guy in a garage). His particular approach is to bring knowledge of how humans make decisions to enhance the results.
